About the event
This 5-day camp is a space where guests can slow down, step away from the digital world, and connect with others through creative activities, outdoor activities, and fun dinner events. We aim to be intentional throughout the entire camp, providing a relaxing space for rest and organic food. You can expect to start the day with gentle morning sessions (stretches, gratitude sessions) followed by breakfast, and every day there will be a range of workshops available (songwriting, poetry, cooking classes, hiking, and a fun excursion to explore the land). The retreat offers a range of facilities to enjoy and dive into deep rest, including a spa, a Pilates room, and shalas with ocean and jungle views.
The aim is for you to feel fully rested by implementing the 7 types of rest (spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, creative, social, and emotional)
